Coreana d’origine, californiana di nascita e canadese d’adozione Grace Park arriva al cinema e in tv relativamente tardi, dopo aver completato gli studi universitari con una laurea in psicologia.

Nel 2000 debutta nel film d’azione "Romeo Must Die" nel ruolo, molto marginale, di una ballerina asiatica. L’anno seguente entra nel cast della teen soap canadese di grande successo "Edgemont".

Prima di interpretare il pilota Sharon Valerii in "Battlestar Galactica", Grace Park ha recitato nei serial "The Immortal", "Dark Angel", "Stargate SG-1","The Outer Limits", "The Dead Zone".
Inoltre ha partecipato al videogioco Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars (Le scene narrative girate con attori reali), insieme all’attrice Tricia Helfer già sua collega in "Battlestar galactica".
Grace Park vive a Vancouver con il marito Phil Kim.
