Melita Toniolo nasce a San Biagio di Callalta il 5 aprile 1986, attualmente vive da sola a Milano. Ha lavorato per qualche anno come cameriera, dopodiché ha posato come modella e fotomodella per alcune pubblicità. Nella casa, ha stretto un ottimo rapporto con Alfredo e Mirela, mentre con Alessandro, ha dato inizio ad una storia d'amore che finì subito a causa dei suoi atteggiamenti ambigui. Dopo l'esperienza al Grande Fratello, Melita è stata l'inviata della trasmissione televisiva Lucignolo nel 2007 e nel 2008, in cui le è stato affibbiato il soprannome di "Diavolita". Nel 2007 ha anche posato per un calendario sexy, a cui è seguita l'anno successivo la partecipazione come concorrente al reality show di Italia 1 La talpa, condotto da Paola Perego, dove si classifica terza. Nel 2009 con un'altra ex concorrente, Raffaella Fico, ha condotto Real TV ed è stata valletta sempre insieme a Raffaella nel programma Colorado Cafè tutte su Italia Uno. Nel luglio 2009 le è accreditato un flirt con Luca Bizzarri, conduttore del programma televisivo "Le Iene".
