Tara Reid (Wyckoff, 8 novembre 1975) è un'attrice e produttrice cinematografica statunitense.

Baby interprete di spot pubblicitari (tra cui Pepsi e McDonald's), è diventata famosissima per le sue interpretazioni nelle commedie adolescenziali American Pie (1999) e American Pie 2 (2001), Maial College (2002), con le quali divenne l'idolo dei teenagers americani.

Ha preso parte anche a film più impegnati come Il grande Lebowski (1998) e Il dottor T e le donne (2000). In Prigioniera di un incubo (2003) è protagonista principale. In televisione, ha recitato in Scrubs - Medici ai primi ferri (2001).

In Italia viene solitamente doppiata da Federica De Bortoli.

È una delle showgirls più mondane di Hollywood insieme a Nicole Richie, Paris Hilton (di cui è buona amica), Nicky Hilton, Bijou Phillips, Kimberly Stewart e Lindsay Lohan. Sulla rete satellitare E! ha condotto nel 2005 un programma intitolato Wild On Tara! (a volte chiamato Taradise) basato proprio sui suoi viaggi all'estero all'insegna del divertimento.
